At I Am Not OK Network, we are dedicated to providing structured, personalized support to help you create a life you love. By eliminating barriers, challenging negative beliefs, and helping you move beyond the patterns that have kept you stuck, we empower you to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My coaching approach combines coaching techniques to help you identify what is holding you back and create new ways of thinking that support your growth. Together, we work to shift negative beliefs, strengthen your mindset, and help you become more intentional about the life you are creating. This approach is designed to help you move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling empowered, focused, and aligned.

Tiffany Mays is the founder of I Am Not Ok Network, a compassionate coaching and support-centered business created for people who are carrying more than they were meant to carry alone.
She is a Coach, Mentor, Author, Adult Day Care Owner, and Caregiver Support Professional, with a heart for supporting individuals and families through life’s emotional, personal, and caregiving challenges. Tiffany brings us over 25 years of experience coaching families in caregiving. Married for over 29 years and a mother to three young adult children, she is experienced and holds certification in Relationship Coaching. For the past 3 years, she has gained certifications in Mental
Health Wellness, including ADHD Coaching, NLP certification, and Magnetic Mind Coaching Certifications. Tiffany understands that many people spend years trying to be strong for everyone else while silently feeling overwhelmed themselves. Her work is centered on helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with honesty and hope.
The name I Am Not Ok Network was chosen with intention. It speaks to the truth so many people are afraid to say out loud. Sometimes you are not okay, and that does not make you weak. It makes you human. Tiffany believes healing often begins the moment people stop pretending and start allowing themselves to be supported.
Through her coaching work, Tiffany offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where people can slow down, breathe, reflect, and begin taking real steps toward emotional wellness, balance, and clarity.
